Nepal SBI Bank,Palpa Branch's Social Responsibility Programme

13th July, 2011

Nepal SBI Bank, Palpa Branch provided carpet to Shree Chandeswori Primary School (SCPS) located at Nayar Namtalesh V.D.C.-6, Nayar Chaupari Palpa amidst a function organized on 13th July 2011 at the School.

The carpet will be used to cover floor of four rooms in the school. Around 50 students are studying in the school.

Nepal SBI Bank, Bouddha Branch provided materials required for candle making to "M/s Yuva Apang Sangathan, Nepal".The materials will be used to conduct training programmes by the organization.

Nepal SBI Bank, Waling Branch's Social Responsibility Programme

3rd June, 2011

Nepal SBI Bank, Waling Branch provided various books on literature, general knowledge, biography, english language etc. to "Rosebud Reading Corner Library" run by Rose Bud Youth Circle located at Khilung Deurali V.D.C. -3, Syangja.

In a programme organised at Library's premises, Branch Manager and staff of Waling Branch handed over the Books to Mr. Narayan Koirala, President of the Youth Circle.

Nepal SBI Bank, Palpa Branch's Social Responsibility Programme

Nepal SBI Bank, Palpa Branch recently organized Health awareness program in collaboration with Nepal Nursing Association, Palpa to women of Birkot V.D.C. of Palpa.

The program was organized to raise awareness regarding Hepatitis, Typhoid, Anemia, Urinary Tract Infection, Reproductive Health, Pelvic Inflammatory disease and others to the women of the areas. More than 60 participants of the rural areas have attended the program.
Various types of agricultural seeds were also distributed during the program to the participants.

Nepal SBI Bank, Maharajgunj Branch's Social Responsibility Programme

8th April, 2011

Nepal SBI Bank, Maharajgunj Branch recently provided daily provisions of food and other cereals to residents of Divine Service Home (Divya Sewa Niketan),Golphutar. The service home located at Mahankal VDC, Ward No.-5, Golphutar is providing shelter to 15 elderly women from various age groups.

In a programme organized at the service home, branch manager of Maharajgunj branch with staffs of the branch handed over the goods to Mr. Tej Ram Niraula and Ms. Mahatma Prabin baijee in presence of elderly people being taken care by the home.

Nepal SBI Bank, Janakpur Branch's Social Responsibility Programme

11th December, 2010

Nepal SBI Bank, Janakpur Branch recently distributed blanket and sweaters to residents of Janaki Bridha Ashram, Janakpur. The asharam located at Ramanand Chowk is home to 25 aged persons most of whom are handicapped and are deserted by their nearest kins.

The branch also provided daily provisions of food and other cereals to the senior citizens of the ashram on the occasion. Bank employees and members of the ashram were present during the programme.
