Doctor plus Loan is given for interior decoration of clinics / nursing homes, for purchase of instruments, equipments, setting up of pathological labs, carrying out repair and extension of clinics, purchase of car / medical van, pharmacies etc to medical professionals / practicing doctors in English Medicine and Dental Surgeons.
Repayment
Maximum Repayment Period : 60 months in monthly instalments.
Minimum Net DSCR 1.5:1
The repayment period may be extended to 7 years in case the loan is for construction of own clinic.
