Mrs. Hasana Sharma represents Employees’ Provident Fund (EPF), the co-promoter of Nepal SBI bank Ltd, in the Board of Nepal SBI Bank Ltd. since 26.05.2008. Mrs. Sharma is an M.P.A. from Tribhuwan University, Nepal. She started her career in the year 1979 at the fourth level cadre of EPF and has spent almost 29 years in different areas of EPF operations. In addition to her experience as a top level executive of EPF, she has gained experience of about 4 years as an Institutional Director of Nepal Merchant Bank Ltd. Before getting appointed to the Bank's Board, she spent around 5 months as a Director on the Board of Directors of Clean Energy Development Bank Ltd. Presently, Mrs. Sharma is the Departmental Chief –HRD (First Class Officer, 10th Level) in EPF.
