16th AGM held successfully(2010-01-12)
16th AGM of the bank was successfully held in Nepal Administrative Staff College, Jawalakhel, Lalitpur on 11th Jan,2010 with the decision of distributing 40% bonus share and 2.11% of cash dividend. The programme was chaired by Mr. Balkrishna Shrestha, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the bank. The AGM passed various reports including the report of BOD of the FY 2065/66 and the Annual Report.
